Terms and Conditions

This subscription will entitle the organisation to have access to advice and support from CorpMem Business Solutions for RIM (Records and Information Management) and the MAGIQ Documents eDRMS providing the support required:

  1. is reasonably considered to be within our capability and area of knowledge and expertise.
  2. is within our realm of influence (for example we can’t fix bugs in MAGIQ Documents because we don’t have access to the source code).
  3. does not exceed 1 hour in duration for any one issue.

Yearly Subscribers: Support for any one issue where that support has reached one hour will only continue if the subscriber agrees in writing to pay an hourly rate of $88.00 per hour (which is 2/3 of our normal consultancy rate of $132.00 including GST) or there part of until the subscriber no longer requires assistance or accepts a fixed quote for the continuing support.

Support for any issues that require CorpMem Business Solutions to remotely log into the subscribers network will require that the subscriber agrees in writing to pay an hourly rate of $88.00 including GST per hour (which is 2/3 of our normal consultancy rate of $132.00 including GST) or there part of until the subscriber no longer requires assistance or accepts a fixed quote for the continuing support.

Casual Subscribers: Support for any one issue where that support has reached one hour will only continue if the subscriber agrees in writing to pay an hourly rate of $132.00 per hour or there part of until the subscriber no longer requires assistance or accepts a fixed quote for the continuing support.

Support for any issues that require CorpMem Business Solutions to remotely log into the subscribers network will require that the subscriber agrees in writing to pay an hourly rate of $132.00 including GST per hour or there part of until the subscriber no longer requires assistance or accepts a fixed quote for the continuing support.

All Subscribers: Support for any issues that require CorpMem Business Solutions to be onsite will require the subscriber to accept a fixed quote for the continuing support.
